​+Applications are due by January 15, 2026. Applicants will be notified by January 21. ​

+All rooms are private. Those with en suite bathrooms cost $2850, and those with shared bathrooms $2550. We do our best to accommodate preferences. A deposit of $750 is due by February 1, and the remainder due March 1. If you are interested in sharing a room, please let us know.

+Check-in is Wednesday afternoon, after 5pm, April 8. Check-out 9 AM on Sunday, April 12.

   7am-8am: Breakfast

   8am-9am: Craft Discussion: Revision Tips

   9am-12pm: Quiet Writing Time (Heidi or Michelle will be available for brief individual coaching sessions)

   12pm-2pm: Lunch, and Walk or Other Group Activity

   2pm-5pm: Quiet Writing Time (Heidi or Michelle will be available for brief individual coaching sessions)

   5pm-6:30pm: Wine and Cheese, and Business Discussion: Agent Q/A

   7pm Dinner
